Small businesses in Morocco often juggle a website, a catalogue, WhatsApp requests and bookings across separate tools. Seeno brings them into one place: a public business page, customer workflows, and an owner dashboard. Live at seeno.ma.
I owned the product end to end: defining how each business type behaves, designing onboarding and the owner experience, then building it as a production app, from database and validation to testing and deployment.
/ The challenge
Restaurants need ordering, salons need appointments, and some businesses just need a profile. One product had to fit all of them without a complicated setup. The answer was three clear business modes, a short guided onboarding, and a consistent experience for owners and customers.
Discover
Mapped how small businesses really operate: scattered tools, requests arriving through chat, and no single view of the day.
Define
Structured the product around three business modes (ordering, booking, contact) and mapped the owner, customer and admin workflows.
Design
Designed a mobile-first public page, guided onboarding, an editable catalogue, booking and ordering flows, and QR-based entry points.
Build
Shipped with Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase (auth, Postgres, storage, row-level security), with server actions and Zod validation.
Validate
Added regression coverage for the risky paths: tenant isolation, pricing, cart, booking availability, subscriptions and account deletion.
