OURPHITS is a Moroccan streetwear brand I co-founded with a friend. The store is built for how the local market actually buys: limited drops, strong visuals, cash on delivery, and an admin that keeps the team in control of stock and orders.
I worked on the brand direction, the interface, the frontend, the checkout logic, the database integration and the internal tools. The goal was a storefront that looks right and a business that can actually run on it.
/ The challenge
Premium streetwear presentation had to sit on top of a very light purchase flow. Cash on delivery means checkout collects only what fulfilment needs, while limited drops demand stock awareness, a waitlist, promo pricing and simple controls for the team.
Discover
Studied how drops, limited quantities and cash on delivery shape the way people in Morocco discover and buy streetwear.
Define
Mapped the journey from drop to size, cart, checkout and confirmation, plus how the team handles each order behind the scenes.
Design
Designed an editorial storefront with large imagery, product galleries, clear size selection and a minimal mobile checkout.
Build
Built the storefront, cart, checkout, Supabase data layer, order API, promo pricing, admin dashboard, stock controls and waitlist.
Improve
Tuned order statuses, stock changes, waitlist activation and customer contact via Telegram and WhatsApp.

/ The result
Development
Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Supabase and Vercel. Includes product and order models, a local size-aware cart, second-unit pricing, COD checkout, an admin dashboard, waitlist mode, status-driven stock updates, and Telegram notifications with WhatsApp contact actions.
Outcome
A working store that ties brand presentation to real operations. Cash-on-delivery fulfilment, limited inventory, second-unit pricing and waitlists are all translated into concrete product features.
What's next
- Server-side order and stock validation.
- Customer-facing order tracking.
- Online payments when it makes operational sense.
- Drop scheduling and campaign tools.
