Co-founding OURPHITS connects me to the whole customer journey, from discovering a product to receiving an order. I help turn business needs into features and workflows, with hands-on involvement in the brand, storefront, checkout and order management.

Pricing, cash on delivery and day-to-day operations all become product decisions. I translate those needs into features and workflows, contribute to the customer experience, and keep improving the product after launch.

I care about making the reasoning clear: which need a feature addresses, how it fits the customer journey, and what we should learn from it after launch. My technical and design background helps me explore those questions with the people building the solution.
